The building’s six-story façade is made up of 226 sculpted concrete panels that grid together as an abstraction of palm trunks and fronds.

For the floor of the building’s main and office lobbies, Fisher created unique terrazzo artworks based on the palm frond theme established in the entryway. The forms are delineated by brass and aluminum metal work and filled with terrazzo - a composite of recycled glass, mother of pearl, naturalstones, and resin.

In addition, Fisher designed a series of custom gates in layers of mirrored and painted stainless steel following the trunkand frond motif enclosing the ground floor. courtyard and private street entryways. 75 Palms

Fisher’s design process begins with hand-drawn sketches that evolve into unique sculptures created incollaboration with artisans.

Hand drawn studies are part of a sequence of classical techniques used to create original clay sculptures which are cast in concrete and attached to the building facade, structurally engineered to withstand a category 4 hurricane.
